You can trust UPS to deliver your order efficiently. We customarily use UPS ground service. If we are shipping to a P.O. Box - the U.S. Postal Service must be used. Orders are shipped out within one day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. We will send out a UPS email with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival when we process your order. If any damage occurs in transit, we will immediately ship out replacement product at no charge to our customer. We want you to be a satisfied, return customer. If you are not satisfied, please give us the opportunity to make things right.

APO, AFO, AK, HI, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico - we add $14.00 to cover the extra shipping costs. This extra shipping charge will be added.
