A Long Lake Foods twist to a great tradition, we have taken our great pickled eggs and added heat to make them even better. Bite into this egg and it bites back!  Our red hot eggs are packed in a darker vinegar brine enhanced with red chile peppers to increase the heat. Our own top secret recipe gives these gourmet red hot pickled eggs their delicious flavor along with their nice amount of heat. Our recipe has been a well guarded secret since it came over from the old country with great grandpa at the turn of the century!

Farm Fresh Grade A Large Eggs Pickled in vinegar just like our regular eggs but hot red chili pepper and mustard seed is added to give a nice hot bite. Folks have said this is the best hot pickled egg they have found! Go ahead, they are low fat and low carb, almost guilt free! Only 1 gram of carbohydrate.
