We take a fresh quality polish sausage made just for us by a local Wisconsin sausage maker and pickled them to perfection. There are no fillers in this product, just old world skill and tradition. This sausage has a great, firm texture with a nice mild polish sausage flavor, just like the old fashion tavern sausage.
Pickled Polish Sausage Ingredients: pork, water, beef, salt, corn syrup, Potassium lactate,. sodium phosphate, paprika, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.
Packed in a vinegar brine consisting of: water, vinegar, salt, onion slices, sodium erythorbate and spices.
