Hello Folks,

September 1st is here, the kids are back in school and the air has a little chill in it here in Wisconsin. It sure feels like fall but I sure hope we have a little summer left yet. There is still time to get out and enjoy the great outdoors and our pickled foods are a great addition to picnics, camping, hunting, fishing and any activity where a quick, delicious snack is needed. Our pickled foods do not require refrigeration and are ready to eat with no preparation required.

Towards the end of October we will have pickled herring back in stock, both the wine and cream varieties. We only ship during the cooler months and also only ship the pickled herring on Mondays to insure it makes it to you without sitting over the weekend. Watch our website for availability of the pickled herring.

We will also have two new varieties of pickled sausage being introduced later this month, our Hot Beer Pickled Sausage and also our Cajun Pickled Smoked Sausage. We will have special prices on both varieties when they are available for sale.

We currently have our quart size (18oz. Net Weight) Long Lake Boneless Country Style Boneless Pork Hocks on a Buy One - Get One Free Deal.
