UPS manhandled the package of pickled sausage, and in spite of double boxes and padding, the top of the bottle broke open, leaking the brine into the packaging. UPS then delivered a stinking, sodden mess to my doorstep, carefully wrapped in a large plastic bag. Long Lake promptly sent a second bottle, with even more padding, which made it through.
