Hi Dave, Your hot polish sausage rocks by the way. We used to make hors d'eurves with Penrose hot sausage, sharp cheddar, and olives, but they don't make the Penrose anymore. I tried yours and they're better! So thank you for rescuing my favorite holiday treat!
