We only ship on Mondays only to insure your product makes it to you fresh and within the week.

If you prefer to mail your order, please send it to:

- We do not ship expedited delivery but we usually ship the same day ordered.
- Shipping: We ship our products via UPS ground delivery.
- Rest assured that your information will never be sold or used for any purpose other than to process your order. If you wish to receive email notifications of sales, new products, and updated website information, we'd be happy to include you. You may "opt out" at any time by sending an email to: info@LongLakeFoods.com - Credit card information is automatically purged by the system. (Full security assured.)
- Returns - Unopened product returned to Long Lake Distributing, within 14 days of your UPS receipt date, will be refunded. The product must be returned in original packaging as to prevent breakage while en route to Long Lake Distributing. We do not refund any shipping charges (either to the customer or for refunds.)
- Damaged product will be replaced at no charge.
- If we make a mistake in processing your order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer.

- If you are experiencing problems ordering online, try lowering your security settings on your firewall -- a firewall may prohibit the order from being transmitted.
